Media Ministry
The Fishers of Men Tabernacle Media Team is dedicated to producing inspiring and impactful media content that promotes faith, community, and spiritual growth. Their purpose is to utilize multimedia platforms to spread the Gospel and enhance the church’s outreach efforts.
Music Ministry
Destiny Winfield, Minister
The Fishers of Men Tabernacle Music Ministry exists to uplift and inspire the congregation through dynamic and heartfelt musical worship, fostering a spirit of reverence and community. Their purpose is to serve as vessels for God’s glory, leading others into a deeper experience of His presence through praise and adoration.
Youth Ministry

The Fishers of Men Tabernacle Youth Ministry is dedicated to guiding young people in developing their faith, character, and leadership skills through biblical teachings and community engagement. Its purpose is to empower youth to become active, responsible members of their church and society, fostering spiritual growth and personal development.
Children’s Ministry
Charity Winfield, Coordinator
The purpose of the Fishers of Men Tabernacle Children’s Ministry is to nurtures the spiritual growth of children from infancy through elementary age. This role involves planning and organizing age-appropriate Bible lessons, activities, and events that foster faith development in a safe, welcoming environment. We recruit, train, and support volunteers, and collaborate with church leadership, and ensures alignment with the church’s mission to help children know, love, and follow Jesus.
Hospitality Ministry

The Fishers of Men Tabernacle Church Hospitality Ministry plays a vital role in creating a welcoming & supportive environment for visitors, members & guests. Our mission is to reflect the love of Christ through kindness, generosity, servitude & fellowship.
Elderly Ministry
Frankie & Liesha Myers, Ministers
The Fishers of Men Tabernacle Church Elderly Ministry is dedicated to serving and supporting the senior members of the congregation through spiritual, social, and practical outreach. They organize fellowship events, prayer gatherings, and assistance programs to ensure that the elderly feel valued and cared for within the church community. Their mission is to promote dignity, faith, and active engagement among seniors, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose.
Prison Ministry
Gerrod Thomas, Minister
At Fishers of Men Tabernacle we know that millions of men and women are caught in a destructive cycle of crime and incarceration. Without knowing God’s hope or experiencing Christ’s love, the story repeats over and over, shattering families and harming communities. But the cycle can be broken.
Outreach Ministry

The Fishers of Men Tabernacle Church Outreach Ministry is dedicated to extending God’s love beyond the church walls through impactful community initiatives and compassionate service. We actively reach out to our local neighborhoods and partner with organizations to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Our Nursing Home Ministry is a vital part of this mission, bringing spiritual encouragement and comfort to residents, embodying our commitment to spreading hope and faith wherever it is needed.
Intercession Ministry

The Fishers of Men Tabernacle Church Intercession Ministry is dedicated to fervently praying for the needs of the congregation, community, and world. Their focus is on spiritual breakthrough, divine guidance, and breaking spiritual strongholds through persistent intercession. Comprising passionate prayer warriors, the ministry seeks to foster a deeper connection with God and facilitate His will manifesting in every aspect of life.
Marriage Ministry
Kenny & Joyce Wheeler, Ministers
Marriage is the most important institution there is. Marriage is so important to God, that it was the first institution He created. Before there was any law or civil government God ordained marriage between one man and one woman as bared out in Genesis chapters one and two. FOMT’s marriage ministry’s purpose is to reinforce biblical marriage and teach the divine principles of the Bible to ensure that our members put into practice what the Bible teaches about marriage (Ephesians chapters 5 and 6); godly living and to let the world know that marriage is still a good idea because it’s God idea.
Men’s Fellowship
The Men’s Fellowship of FOMT exists to strengthen men in their faith, character & leadership. Through discipleship, fellowship & service, we aim to cultivate godly men who lead their families, serve their communities & honor Christ in all aspects of life. Our mission is to support one another through prayer, mentorship & outreach, fostering a brotherhood grounded in faith & integrity.
Women’s Fellowship
The Women’s Fellowship of FOMT exists to inspire, empower, & uplift women in their spiritual journey. Through prayer, study, fellowship, & service, we seek to cultivate a community of faith-filled women who support one another, strengthen their families, & impact their communities with the love of Christ. Our mission is to encourage growth, leadership, & unity, fostering a sisterhood rooted in Grace & wisdom.
